Sam continued his return to racing with
a massive improvement in the Sleaford Wheelers 10 held
on Saturday 26th March 2005. On a course based on the
A15 from Sleaford to Osbournby roundabout and back again
in Windy and very cool conditions, Sam made a huge 2
minute improvement on his last 10 mile time 2 weeks
ago and was which was good enough for a creditable for
12th position overall.
Sam was quite pleased with his result and can now feel
the last few weeks of training are starting to pay dividends.
The event winner was Ian Cammish (Sonic Cycles) who
beat pre race favourate Jon Surtees (LukRacing.net)
with the promoting club providing the third place rider
Jim Boyle.
